We are seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality custom designs on various textiles. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules
- Load fabrics, thread colors, and design files accurately to ensure consistent output
- Monitor machine operation during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of embroidery equipment
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes or warehouse operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Basic mechanical skills for machine setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Prior experience operating embroidery or similar textile machinery is a plus
Pay: $20.00 per hour
