Medical Aesthetician (Laser & Skin Treatments) + Massage Therapist

About the Role
You will provide exceptional aesthetic treatments while delivering a luxury client experience from consultation through aftercare. Massage experience is an asset, allowing you to offer relaxation and wellness treatments as part of our growing service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
- Conduct professional skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Perform medical-grade facials, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacials, and other skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Perform relaxation and therapeutic massage treatments (if qualified).
- nt rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
- Follow all infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Assist with social media content creation when needed (before & after photos, videos, educational content).
Qualifications
- Medical Aesthetician certification.
- Massage certification or proven massage experience preferred.
- Experience with laser hair removal is highly preferred. (Coachable)
- Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and skin treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skin types and skin conditions.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented.
- Sales experience is considered an asset.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
