Comfortable following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused during busy dinner services

A team player who communicates clearly and works well under pressure

Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, preparation, and maintaining a well-run station

Reliable, punctual, and eager to continue developing their culinary skills

Prepare and cook menu items to Mercatto standards

Execute dinner service with consistency, urgency, and attention to detail

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation

Support inventory rotation, prep production, and closing duties

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
