Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry best practices, continuing education requirements, and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a licensed or registered Massage Therapist with a valid certification or registration from an accredited body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective consultation and client education.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced wellness or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
