Must be:
- organized team player
- great at customer service
- able to engage and develop relationships with our loyal customer base.
You will be:
- Preparing work orders
- customer estimates
- invoices
- scheduling customer repairs and preventative maintenance
- Creating, entering and closing warranty claims.
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly professional manner
- communicating with customers in all aspects of the repair process
- opening and closing repair orders
- working closely with technicians, parts department, and managers so that work orders are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Work days are Tuesday through Saturday located in the Pemberton industrial park
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
