Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Canada. Based in your local area, this role is vital in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence by leveraging your expertise in sales and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase company revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing and project teams to promote our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the fire protection or a trades organization.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
