Wesman Salvage is looking for a full-time heavy duty mechanic/ operator. Someone who is consistent, able to work independently, with good time management. It is a physically demanding job, in a fast-paced environment. This position is 8-5, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
- Able to diagnose equipment repair issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment such as Volvo, Gensco, Gehl, etc.
- Complete appropriate service and maintenance paperwork
- Operate heavy equipment (including Volvo 120 loaders)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year experience
- able to lift up to 70 pounds
- Steel-toed boots
Wage dependent on experience, full benefits and RRSP package after probationary period.
