Job Title: Grazologist® (Full-Time & Part-Time Contracts)
Pay: $19.00 per hour + Year-End Completion Bonus
Job Type: 1-Year Contract
Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; must be available for occasional 7:00 AM starts)
Location: In-Person, Hamilton City Hall
Positions Available:
- 1 Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- 1 Part-Time: 25 hours per week
- Training to begin immediately.
About the Role
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and creative individuals to join our team inside our Hamilton City Hall location. As a Grazologist®, you are the heart of our daily operations. You will wear three exciting hats: Artisan, Storyteller, and Growth Engine—hand-crafting beautiful food, sharing our journey on social media, and helping us connect with the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. The Artisan (In the Kitchen)
- Master of the Board: Hand-prep premium ingredients, slice meats, marinate specialty items, and weigh portions with precision.
- The Creative Standard: Assemble beautiful, high-quality grazing boards, boxes, and tables, ensuring every order matches our strict visual standards.
- White-Glove Delivery: Take pride in the final hand-off by handling key local deliveries, ensuring our work looks like a masterpiece when it reaches the client.
2. The Social Media Storyteller
- Content Creation: Capture the magic of what you create! You will film fun, upbeat reels and behind-the-scenes content of the assembly process and major catering "reveals."
- Community Engagement: Help manage our local social media pages, turning daily kitchen prep into engaging, shareable marketing moments.
3. The Growth Engine
- Business Outreach: During store lulls, you will step out into the community to connect with local businesses (realtors, law firms, medical offices, etc.), sharing samples and helping secure corporate catering orders.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in food preparation, hospitality, or retail operations is an asset, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- A creative eye for presentation and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable creating social media content (Instagram Reels/TikTok).
- Outgoing, professional, and friendly when connecting with local businesses and clients.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local deliveries and community outreach.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to accommodate early morning starts (7:00 AM) when required.
