We are hiring a Crew Chief to lead exterior restoration projects across North York, and East York This is a leadership position where you will be trusted to run job sites, lead a crew member, and ensure projects are completed to a high professional standard.
Our primary services include interlock restoration (polymeric sanding & sealing) along with exterior cleaning.
This is not a typical labor position. Crew Chiefs are given real responsibility, autonomy, and ownership over job execution and client satisfaction.

We hire and operate crews in pairs. Each Crew Chief works alongside one crew member to complete projects.

This Is Not an Easy Job, But It Is a Rewarding One
This role is physically and mentally demanding. You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions and will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality results.
This is also a highly independent role. You will often work on job sites without direct supervision and will be trusted to manage the job, make decisions, and ensure work is completed properly.

Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead and manage a 2-person crew on exterior restoration projects
- Take ownership of job site execution, quality, and completion
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients
Production
- Perform interlock polymeric sanding and sealing
- Perform pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
- Complete window cleaning services when required
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Ownership & Operations
- Work independently without direct on-site supervision
- Maintain equipment and job site organization
- Complete projects efficiently and properly
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
Compensation
- $20–22/hour+ based on performance
- Performance bonuses available
- Raises based on reliability and leadership

Requirements
Required
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong reliability and work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Valid driver’s license
Training is provided. Ownership, reliability, and attitude are more important than prior experience.
