Premier Mining Products is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Labourer. This role primarily involves packing rods, handling general packing tasks, and performing other duties as required to support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities:
- Pack rods according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Perform general packing tasks, including labelling, wrapping, and preparing shipments.
- Assist with organising and maintaining inventory in the packing area.
- Operate basic equipment and tools related to packing and material handling.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised workspace.
- Support other general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
