Hank Daddy’s Barbecue is a family-owned Kansas City–style barbecue restaurant and bourbon bar built on slow-smoked food, real hospitality, and doing things the right way. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time bartender to help our front of house team and uphold the standards we’re proud of.
This is a part-time job with promised growth. You’ll start behind the bar, learn the systems, and understand the flow. If you’re sharp, you’ll grow into taking tables and becoming a full-service team member.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving drinks (beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic)
- Helping to run drinks to tables during peak service
- Supporting the team with takeout orders and Uber pickups
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Learning the food menu so you can confidently step into serving when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving or café/barista experience
- Ontario Smart Serve (required)
- Someone who’s coachable and actually wants to learn
- Good instincts, awareness, and common sense under pressure
- Team-first mentality. You don’t stand around waiting to be told what to do
- Interest in growing into a server role over time
