Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Leaders to join our team and create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children during the summer months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with young learners, foster their development, and contribute to memorable summer experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children and possess skills in tutoring, teaching, or early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise children in various camp activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, educational activities, and outdoor adventures
- Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Assist with daily camp routines such as check-in/check-out procedures and snack times
- Monitor children’s behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth camp operations
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress or concerns
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children, including tutoring or teaching roles preferred
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Responsible, energetic, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Passion for creating positive summer experiences for young learners

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
