Accurate Aluminum manufactures and installs aluminum and glass structural guardrails, specialising in commercial high rises. We are currently looking to add an exceptional Administrative Assistant to our growing team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tracking employee hours, equipment and expenses
- Purchasing business necessities, such as glass and metal
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing work orders
- General administrative duties such as answering phones, photocopying and managing office supplies and computer equipment
- Assisting in other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
- Secondary school education is required
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset
