What You’ll Do:
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Unload, receive, and store incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, stage, and load outbound orders
- Move and relocate products within the warehouse
- Build crates, wrap shipments, and prepare orders for delivery
- Work in fast-paced environments, including refrigerated (~4°C) and confined spaces when required
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years forklift experience
- Valid forklift certification
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
- Experience using RF scanners (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Assets:
- Produce/fresh food or cold storage experience
- Experience with racking systems (pushback or multi-level racking)
- Order entry or inventory system experience
Requirements:
- CSA-approved safety boots and reflective vest
- Health & safety conscious
- Criminal background check required
