We are looking for two skilled and passionate Medical Estheticians to join our dynamic skincare and wellness team at Downtown and Midtown locations.
Position Overview
As our Medical Esthetician, you will provide personalized skin treatments, enhance clients' natural beauty, and provide exceptional guest services. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring a relaxing and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Treatments: Deliver advanced facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, laser rejuvenation, massage and emsculpt etc.
- Conduct Consultations: Analyze skin conditions to design customized, results-driven treatment plans.
- Drive Product Sales: Educate clients on medical-grade skincare and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain Safety:Sanitize workstations and sterilize medical tools according to provincial health regulations.
- Manage Records:Update client profiles accurately with treatment settings, progress notes, and photos.
- Assist with retail sales: Upsell skincare products, treatments, and additional services to maximize client benefits and store revenue.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid License: Diploma or certification in Esthetics or Medical Esthetics is mandatory.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years working in a cosmetic clinic or medical spa.
- Technical Skills: Experience operating laser platforms, IPL, and microneedling devices are preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with medical-grade skincare brands.(e.g., SkinCeutical, Zo Skin etc.). Ability to perform retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean treatment environment.
