This role is specifically tailored for an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who brings strong clinical expertise and a passion for patient care.

- Type: Family practice and walk-in clinic
- Team: 4 doctors and 6 support staff

_ Role Overview_
- Position: Medical Doctor Assistant
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of clinical practice
- Target Background: International Medical Graduate (IMG)
- Schedule: Part-time (2 to 3 days/week) with potential to grow into full-time
- Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (depending on experience) + performance bonuses
_ Key Responsibilities_
- Procedure Support: Assist physicians with various medical and clinical procedures.
- Patient Consultations: Conduct initial patient consultations and assessments.
- Doctor Support: Provide comprehensive daily support to our team of four doctors.
_ Ideal Candidate Profile_
- Minimum of 2yrs Canadian experience
- Clinical Expertise: Strong, proven clinical background and practical skills.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Background: IMG looking to utilize their medical knowledge in a supportive clinic environment.
- Good working experience with EMR software preferably Accuro
