North American Diesel Performance (NADP) is focused on aftermarket diesel performance and is the leader when it comes to providing industry knowledge, as well as second-to-none service.
THE ROLE
North American Powertrain Components is looking to fill the key role of Inside Sales within our organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving predetermined customer service levels and sales targets. Sales bonuses for company and individual targets when met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Promote NAPC & NADP products and services through identifying customer needs
- Seek out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
- Generate revenue by achieving monthly sales targets
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Establish strong customer relations with both internal and external customers
- Work as a team to ensure departmental and individual goals are met on a daily basis
- Book appointments, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-up calls
- Represent NAPC & NADP in a positive and professional manner
- Various other duties as required
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of powertrain components and driveline is an asset
- Minimum 2 years of automotive-related knowledge
- Strong selling skills with a demonstrated ability to close the sale
- Comfort level with assessing customer needs and offering NAPC & NADP products and services over the phone
- Computer and typing skills
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
- Professional business manner
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively, with the desire to go above and beyond while contributing to the team's overall success
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, while being adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
