Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mold Maker to support the manufacturing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plastic injection molds. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong leadership capability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, disassemble, and reassemble plastic injection molds.
- Perform component spotting and core-to-cavity spotting to ensure proper mold function and fit.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mold-related issues, including dimensional, mechanical, and performance problems.
- Support mold start-ups, repairs, and modifications.
- Work with hot runner systems; manifold experience is preferred.
- Lead, direct, and collaborate with other mold makers to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Mentor apprentices and junior mold makers, providing guidance, training, and technical support.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and reliability.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
