Shepherd’s Pub is a small business in Elora, ON.
We are looking for someone who has experience working as a line cook/someone who has a passion for cooking. Full time hours are available immediately. Expertise in self-starting, time management and having a positive attitude are critical when applying for this position. Ability to work well with other is also essential. Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (including chopping vegetables, preparing/portioning meat, following recipes, etc)
- Assist in cooking and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment and kitchen, cleaning dishes
- Ability to work as member of the kitchen team in all areas of kitchen operation
