- Assist with the implementation of behaviour intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A. Ont.)
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions to monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on therapy strategies.
- Engage with clients in one-on-one and/or group sessions to implement specific ABA strategies and techniques.
- Receive and respond to feedback during and after observational sessions with the supervisor to improve practical skills.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information in line with Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and other relevant guidelines.
- Support the preparation of instructional materials for therapy sessions.
- Attend to the general well-being and safety of clients during therapy sessions.
- Contribute to the ongoing learning environment by participating in educational workshops as available and required.
- Assist with personal care routines, including supporting children with toileting as needed, in a professional and respectful manner.
- Perform routine cleaning and tidying tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and organized office environment

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
