-Assist in creating engaging audience experiences by developing opportunities for festivalgoers to interact with Northern Ontario musicians and learn about their creative processes.
-Design and implement interactive workshops, talkbacks, and Q&A sessions with featured artists to strengthen connections between audiences and performers.
-Develop tourism-focused packages to attract audiences from across Ontario, positioning Sudbury as a cultural destination and highlighting local talent.
-Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote these tourism packages, working with regional partners and stakeholders.
-Coordinate an industry component of the festivals, facilitating networking opportunities for Northern Ontario musicians with key decision-makers in the Canadian music sector.
-Assist in scheduling and managing artist showcases to ensure professional exposure for emerging Northern musicians.
-Provide administrative and logistical support, including communications, artist liaison, and event coordination.
-Contribute to data collection, reporting, and audience feedback to evaluate program impact and guide future improvements.
Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
