About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated project manager to oversee residential solar projects from initial contract through final installation and commissioning. The project manager will act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, installers, utility providers, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple solar projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
- Conduct client consultations to understand customer needs, explain solar solutions, and guide homeowners through the solar process.
- Educate potential and existing customers on solar energy benefits, system options, project timelines, financing options, and next steps.
- Support client acquisition efforts by building strong relationships, answering questions, and providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a positive customer experience from initial consultation through final installation.
- Coordinate project schedules, permitting, inspections, and utility interconnection requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, design, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve delays or obstacles.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure all projects comply with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
- Conduct project closeouts and ensure customer satisfaction upon completion.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management, construction management, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical systems, or construction processes is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $5,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
