Kingsmen Transport invites experienced professionals to partner with us in delivering excellence across our Flatbed, Roll-Tite, and Dry Van operations. We specialize in full-load, cross-border shipments throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
What We Offer
Lanes: Full loads / LTL on established Midwest and East Coast routes.
Owner Operator Compensation:
- gross revenue or per mile
Company Driver Compensation:
- Competitive pay
- Guaranteed 10,000–12,000 miles per month.
Consistent Miles:
- 1–3 trips per week, covering 2,500–3,000 miles minimum.
Home Weekends:
- Runs from Sunday or Monday to Friday.
Scheduled in Advance:
- Weekly trip planning provided in advance.
Equipment Standards:
- No strict truck age limits, but all vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
Bonuses & Incentives:
- Safety bonus up to $1,200
- Sign-on bonus of $500
- Referral bonuses

Driver Requirements
- Must possess a valid AZ license
- Minimum 3 years of experience
