Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Counter Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling garments with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pick-up of garments
- Tag, inspect, and process clothing items for cleaning
- Operate POS systems and handle cash and card transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely service
Requirements:
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
- Willingness to learn about garment types and cleaning instructions
