Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Conveyancing Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with property transactions, ensure accurate documentation, and support the legal staff throughout the conveyancing process. This role requires strong drafting, and administrative skills to facilitate smooth and efficient property transfers. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and title reports
- Manage transaction files for purchases, mortgages, sales, and refinances
- Assist with project management tasks related to conveyancing files, ensuring deadlines are met and processes are streamlined
- Interact with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for transactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property details, transaction statuses, and correspondence
- Draft legal documents such as transfers, mortgages, ancillary documents, affidavits, notices, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Support clerical functions including filing, document scanning, and maintaining organized physical and electronic files
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure professional interactions
Skills
- Proven proofreading skills with attention to detail in legal documentation relating to all forms of real estate transactions
- Strong project management abilities to coordinate multiple transactions efficiently
- Effective interviewing skills for client intake and stakeholder communication
- Solid administrative experience with proficiency in data entry, filing, and clerical tasks

Pay: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
