Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality residential cleaning services that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Clean residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub, sanitize, and perform deep cleans when needed
- Follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients
- Notify management of any damages, issues, or supply needs
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (residential, hotel, or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
