Summary
We are seeking a Live in Caretaker (poperty) to join our dynamic team at Niradia Group of Companies in Canada. This role will work with our property managers to maintain building, assist tenants and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle rental collection from tenants (Buildings are within close proximity).
- Work with and report directly to the property manager to support building maintenance.
- General cleaning and cleaning vacated suites for new tenants and changing door locks, to minor groundskeeping, plumbing and building repairs.
- Work closely with tenants and have the support of healthy management teams for security and safety
- Manage door safety for tenants in the building, and maintain building policy standards
- Ensure tenant screening (Run a Tenant Background check & reference check)
- Responsible for eviction notices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Ideal candidate would have knowledge of SRO’s (Single resident occupancy)
- Ideal candidate will have security experience
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Full time position, emergency on-call support
- First Aid considered an asset
