Cannabis Dispensary Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Manager to help lead our dispensary team and keep things running smoothly day-to-day. If you love cannabis, retail, customer service, and creating a fun, positive work environment — we’d love to meet you.
This role is all about leadership, teamwork, organization, and creating an awesome experience for both customers and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting the dispensary team during daily operations
- Creating a welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable customer experience
- Helping customers find products that fit their needs and comfort levels
- Coaching and motivating staff to provide top-tier service
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and team development
- Managing inventory, product receiving, and stock organization
- Handling cashouts, daily reports, and general store operations
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Supporting promotions, product launches, and store events
- Ensuring the store stays compliant with cannabis retail regulations

- Previous retail or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone organized, dependable, and positive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Cannabis knowledge is a huge asset

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
