Job Title: NEW Full/Part-time Medical Office Administrator & Data Entry Clerk

Position Overview
We are seeking a NEW Full/Part-time Medical Office Administrator & Data Entry Clerkto join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and compassion
- Managing front desk reception and patient flow
- Maintaining accurate medical records and electronic charting (OSCAR EMR)
- Answering phones, confirming, rescheduling, and scheduling appointments
- Managing incoming/outgoing faxes, patient follow-ups, and correspondence
- Processing OHIP verification and patient billing
- Assisting with basic accounting and IT-related administrative tasks
- Ordering and maintaining office/medical supplies
- Supporting physicians and staff with day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and documentation
- Previous customer service or medical office experience is an asset
