The Corporate Services Management branch is looking for a Branch Services Manager for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as a RÉ-05 (from $77,281 to $102,535 per annum - under review).

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice-President, Corporate Services Management, the Branch Services Manager plans, delivers and manages administrative and client services for the branch in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. The role also includes providing high-quality administrative support to the Vice-President, managing schedules, coordinating briefings and documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of information and priorities. The incumbent conducts extensive research and analysis to support branch management and inform decision making. The Manager assists senior management in developing annual budgets and serves as the primary liaison with Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) as well as with finance, procurement and information technology functions.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Successful completion of a Secondary School diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE: five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, financial administration or procurement.
