N.Bar is looking for a dedicated person who can perform professional Front Desk duties. The right candidate has great communication with our clients and works to build lasting relationships with our customers, and guide them towards other services or products that N.Bar offers.

You will:
- Offer first-class service, providing strong and positive leadership that promotes a healthy team
- Greet and check-in guests with our digital system as they arrive
- Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate parties.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner.
- Basic acknowledgment of working with computers.
- Be able to book, confirm, cancel and reschedule guest appointments.
- Be able to speak clearly on the phone.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English
- Provide information about our salon, suggestive selling, and pricing options to clients
- You are enthusiastic about work and working with others on a team
- You can prioritize, are disciplined, show initiative, and have a flexible attitude
- You thrive working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, work environment
- Recommend retail products to clients
- Achieve their daily productivity and quality goals
- A genuine interest in people
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be team-oriented

- You have previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Highly organized & self-motivated
- Be able to handle the fast-paced environment

Your skills:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends preferred
- Work authorization in Canada.
- Conversational English-speaking skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
