Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Team Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain proper food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and assisting with basic food prep tasks
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end
- Demonstrate effective time management to ensure smooth restaurant flow during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in bakery, food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry and kitchen experience are beneficial
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
