About the Role
Penticton Hyundai is hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Manager / Vehicle Merchandiser to manage incoming and existing vehicle inventory. This role is critical in ensuring our vehicles are stocked in, merchandised, photographed, and frontline-ready quickly while maintaining accurate listings across all platforms.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Stock in new and used vehicles into our system accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate and track vehicles through reconditioning/service (“time-to-line”)
- Take high-quality photos of all inventory for online listings
- Create and update vehicle descriptions and listings on dealership website and platforms
- Maintain accurate online inventory merchandising (photos, pricing, details)
- Monitor and improve inventory turnaround times
- Book and manage vehicle transportation and logistics
- Maintain lot organization and inventory tracking
- Work closely with sales and service teams to streamline vehicle readiness
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, or automotive dealership operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology, data entry, and online systems
- Basic photography skills (smartphone or camera)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- PBS (Dealer Management System) experience is an asset
