Title: Sales Person, Agriculture Equipment
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Matsqui Ag-Repair, based in Abbotsford BC, is a full-service dealership/distributor for JCB, McHale, TYM, SILOKING, McCormick, and Kuhn farm equipment. We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing sales team.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be rewarded for your performance through a commission-based compensation plan, providing additional earning opportunities as you grow your sales success.
Job Duties:
- Develop and promote Matsqui Ag-Repair's products and services in a specified territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers from an assigned territory, and/or a set of names and prospects.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process including: proposals, quotes, and cost-estimating implementation of equipment.
- Build professional and long-lasting relationships with our customers.
- Record accurate records of leads and sales in our CRM.
- Actively follow up with customer proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with others in the business to achieve high levels of customer service.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the heavy-equipment or related industry.
- Knowledge of the sales process.
- High-level of customer service.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:
- $50,000 base salary plus performance-based commission and manufacturer bonus programs, offering strong earning potential.
