About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning about vaping products and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Verify customer age and follow all applicable laws and store policies regarding age-restricted products.
- Answer questions about products while staying within legal and company guidelines.
- Help with inventory counts and receiving shipments.
Qualifications
- Must meet the minimum legal age to work with age-restricted products in your jurisdiction.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to learn about vaping products and store procedures.
