Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concierge/ Site Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be stationed at front desk responsible for providing customer service to building residents and visitors, site surveillance and implementing building security procedures. The Site Security Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment through vigilant oversight and proactive loss prevention strategies.
Duties
- Handle complaints and concerns from residents and their guests, able to assist them and report the concerns to the management using effective report writing skills.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation related to security activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective coverage of the site.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with company standards.
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating appropriate actions with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Provide customer service to residents, contractors and visitors
- Oversee loss prevention efforts by analyzing security footage and investigating theft or vandalism incidents.
- Train security staff on surveillance equipment operation, emergency procedures, and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding site security.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Security Guard, Concierge, or Security Supervisor in a condominium setting (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of condominium operations, including amenity bookings, elevator reservations, access control systems, resident communication, and general concierge duties
- Strong knowledge of security procedures, including fire alarm response, report writing, leak investigations, noise complaints, emergency response, and general site management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities professionally
- Ability to write clear, accurate, and detailed reports for incidents such as alarms, disturbances, leaks, and emergencies
- Ability to supervise, support, and monitor a security team effectively
- Must be available to work full-time day shifts Monday to Friday

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
