We are currently seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join a respected, prevention-based medical clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and takes pride in delivering an elevated, concierge-style experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
As the face of the clinic, the ideal candidate will be warm, professional, detail-oriented, and naturally skilled at making patients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Provide a high-touch, concierge-style patient experience
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and appointment coordination
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Process billing, payments, and insurance documentation as required
- Support overall clinic flow and patient experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Medical Office Assistant certification preferred
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, wellness clinic, or healthcare setting considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer-service-focused mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable using EMR systems and general office software
- A naturally welcoming, polished, and service-oriented personality suited for a front-facing role

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation starting at $27–$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
