Overview
We are a growing company that operates self-service food, snack, beverage, and coffee markets within workplaces, manufacturing facilities, and other businesses. Think of them as small convenience stores without traditional cashiers. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Route Service & Stocking Associate to help maintain, stock, and service our customer locations.
Duties
- Stock and organize snacks, beverages, and food products
- Ensure shelves and displays are clean, attractive, and fully stocked
- Refill, clean, and maintain coffee machines
- Monitor inventory levels and report restocking needs
- Travel between customer locations to provide regular service
- Build positive relationships with clients and maintain a professional presence at all times
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily tasks
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid G Licence with a clean driving record
- Access to a personal vehicle is preferred
- Able to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs, many locations require carrying heavy items up stairs.
- Comfortable working in different customer locations
- No experience required – full training provided
