Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs effectively
- Perform hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and salon areas regularly
- Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling retail items to enhance their experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Educate clients on hair care routines and available services to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth salon workflow
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all duties
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with front desk operations or administrative tasks is advantageous
