Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
- Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they have
- Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
- Consistently maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Keeping up to date on all collections, product information and promotions
Skills Required
- Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to contribute new ideas
- Ability to work as an individual contributor or as part of a team
- Good organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer skills are an asset
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Retail experience a benefit, but not necessary
- MUST BE AVAILABLE DAYTIME MONDAY – SATURDAY, 9:00AM-6:30PM
- MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 OUT OF 4 SATURDAYS PER MONTH, 10:00AM-4:00PM
