Kinsmen Twin Arenas is looking for a reliable, experienced ice operator to help keep our busy facility running smoothly. What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional customer service as a primary contact for arena users.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility, including dressing rooms, common areas, offices, and washrooms.
- Support ice maintenance and arena operations, including resurfacing, setup, takedown, and daily facility duties.
- Operate and maintain cleaning, groundskeeping, and ice related equipment.
- Assist with routine repairs, light maintenance, and minor trades work as needed.
- Help with exterior upkeep, including snow removal, lawn care, and general property maintenance.
- Monitor the facility for safety concerns and report issues as required.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Important Notes
This role is scheduled based on building needs and staff availability. Team members may be assigned either Laborer or Operator duties during a shift, depending on operational requirements. Current need is for an operator available to work up to 40 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Wage is the same regardless of the role.
Wage is negotiable based on experience and availability.
