Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of landscape construction experience (Hardscaping)
- Knowledge of all facets of landscape construction
- Experience with operating equipment (Skid steers, excavators, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong at problem solving
- Ability to read blueprints and execute landscape designs
- Commitment to life long learning with aspirations of becoming a foreman
- Class 5 License or equivalent with a clean drivers abstract
- Landscape Journeyman certification or equivalent is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work
- Ensure each project is completed on time and on budget
- Successfully mentor and train others on your crew throughout the season
- Assist in the construction of hardscapes and softscapes from paving stone installation to planting.
- Foster positive relationships with all vendors, employees, and clients throughout the season
- Liaise with other trades that may be working at the property (e.g. carpenters and general contractors).
- Ensure the craftsmanship meets the Jansen standard

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
