Tips Personnel is calling all carpenters!! We are currently seeking some excellent individuals with experience in demo, framing, and finishing work to join one of our construction teams, specializing in the building of modular structures and camps.
Requirements Include:
- Steel toed boots
- Full PPE gear (vest, hard hat, glasses, gloves)
Responsibilities Include:
- Knowledge in the carpentry, framing, finishing work and demolition
- Maintaining safety standards in the workplace.
- Following quality control procedures.
- Informing the team leader or supervisor about any issues that may negatively impact production.
- Ensuring that the required materials and supplies are available.
- Participating actively in problem solving sessions, continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in carpentry.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good communication and team working skills.
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of health and safety rules on site.
- Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment.
