About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our growing operations team.
You'll oversee inventory, purchasing, order fulfillment, shipping, and supplier coordination while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.

What You'll DoOrder Fulfillment & Logistics
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate daily shipping and fulfillment activities.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Schedule courier pickups and monitor deliveries.
- Resolve shipping issues and proactively communicate delays.
- Ensure customers receive the right products, on time.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory across warehouse and ERP systems.
- Receive, inspect, and reconcile incoming shipments.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment.
- Maintain organized warehouse operations and product labeling.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding lead times and deliveries.
- Track inbound shipments and expected arrival dates.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues.
- Support procurement and inventory planning.
Process Improvement
We're looking for someone who naturally improves how work gets done by:
- Identifying operational bottlenecks.
- Standardizing workflows.
- Creating and maintaining SOPs.
- Reducing manual work through automation.
- Improving warehouse and fulfillment processes.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
AI & Operational Efficiency
At GoFleet, ZenduIT & Xentag, AI is part of our daily workflow.
You'll be encouraged to use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to:
- Draft SOPs and documentation.
- Analyze inventory and operational trends.
- Generate reports and summaries.
- Improve supplier and customer communications.
- Automate repetitive administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
You don't need to be an AI expert—we value curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track inventory accuracy and fulfillment performance.
- Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support data-driven decision-making across Operations.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, or Order Fulfillment.
- Experience coordinating shipments and inventory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, or Zoho CRM.
- Experience in SaaS, IoT, technology, electronics, or hardware distribution.
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, Purolator, or similar shipping platforms.
- Procurement and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of inventory forecasting.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience creating SOPs or improving operational processes.
