Job Summary
We are a full service glass shop looking to expand our team. We provide comprehensive services and are fully willing to train the right person for a successful career in the glass industry.
Responsibilities
- Install windshields and other automotive glass (rear, quarter and vent windows)
- Install specialized equipment glass for front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers and more.
- Complete professional, high-quality rock chip repairs
- Maintain complete cleanliness and organization of the shop and company vehicles.
- Perform both dedicated in-shop and fast-paced onsite mobile work.
Requirements
- TRANSPORTATION: Must possess own reliable transportation along with valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving history
- TOOLS: Must own a basic set of hand tools
- COMMUNICATION: Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- SKILLS: Must be highly detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- PHYSICAL: Physical ability to safely lift heavy objects such as windshields.
- EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in the glass industry is an asset.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIDATES WITH A STRONG BACKGROUND IN MANAGEMENT AND JOB ESTIMATING.
Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
