- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Experience in construction, carpentry, framing, manufacturing, or production is an asset
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
