Position Summary
We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced tech environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, value, and support while identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and align our services to meet their goals
- Prepare and present service reviews, proposals, and performance reports
- Manage renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account planning
- Coordinate onboarding, support, and service delivery with internal teams
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
- Stay informed about our service offerings, emerging tech, and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or IT service delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
- Experience in the IT sector (MSP, cloud, AI, or SharePoint a plus)
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of IT services and solutions
