As a Wineshop Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience:

Guide guests through engaging, educational wine tastings

Share knowledge of our wines, vineyards, and winemaking process — from vine to glass

Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for every visitor

Provide thoughtful wine recommendations

Assist with wine sales and guest orders

Lead tours, telling the story of our estate and family legacy
-
Build meaningful connections that encourage guests to return again and again
-
1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience
-
Must have Serving It Right certification, as well as be of legal age to serve alcohol in BC
-
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
-
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Availability for at least 4 days per week (preferred)

Food Safe and First Aid Certification is considered an asset
-
WSET certification and/or a second language are considered strong assets
