Manager duties:

Merchandising & Presentation
- Ensuring all retail and wine stock is full and well-displayed

Keeping pricing and signage accurate and up to date

Maintaining a clean, well-organized tasting room
Event Support
- Assisting in the planning and execution of winery events

Providing leadership support when management is occupied during events
Guest Experience & Bookings
- Coordinating tastings via Tock

Maintaining knowledge of wines and brand storytelling
Administrative & Daily Operations
- Monitoring and responding to @hello emails

Checking voicemails and following up accordingly

Keeping an eye on the finer details:

Polishing cloths and rags

Dishwasher fluids
