We are looking for an dynamic outgoing candidate who can represent our company as the first point of contact with guests and handle them at all stages of their stay.
You must be able to:
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicate with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Make reservations for guests calling in
- Handle payments as guest check out
- Answer and direct calls from the switchboard
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk and lobby area
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Be adept in handling conflict
- Fluent in English
- Post secondary education preferred
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Great telephone voice and protocol
- Must have hotel front office experience
Hours: 8-16 hours. Shifts will be 7am-3pm, 3-11pm or 11pm -7am. Must be available weekends.
